2. How to do the damaged paintings? 

If the painting is damaged during transportation, please send us the photo of the damaged painting as soon as possible, we will repaint the painting for you immediately. If we have not received the report within 3 days upon your receipt of painting, we think everything is under a good condition.

3. How do you pack the paintings?

Between each painting, there is a thin plastic film. If the painting without frame and in small size, we will roll them with pvc tube and use paper box. If in big size, difficult to use paper box, we use air foam plastic to pack outside.

4. Transportation ways:

1) Express : UPS, DHL, TNT or FEDEX need 3--7 days.

2) By air need 7--15 days.

3) By sea need 15--40 days.

5. Figure oil painting: you can send us your original photos by e-mail at rain-gm@richrainarts.com, we will turn the photos into portrait oil paintings.
